Mister Highland is looking for enthusiastic staff for service on our terrace. Are you looking for a dynamic job where you can enjoy the fresh air and sunlight while you work? Then this is your chance Mr. Highland Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic and hospitable service staff member for our terrace.

Mister Highland Hotel is part of the Highland Group, a family-owned business that owns six successful boutique hotels in the heart of Amsterdam.

In 2023, our hotel underwent a complete renovation.

Now that we can welcome our guests to this beautifully renovated historic building on Rokin, it's time to open our terrace as well.

The terrace of Mr. Highland is located in a central location on Rokin in the vibrant center of Amsterdam.


What will you do as a service staff member?

• Welcoming and seating guests on the terrace.
• Taking orders and communicating them to the kitchen.
• Pouring and preparing drinks.
• Serving drinks and dishes to guests.
• Ensuring a clean and tidy workspace.
• Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner and answering any questions.

What do we ask of you at Mister Highland?

• Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a service role.
• Excellent communication skills and a customeroriented attitude.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is considered a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.
