- De just in time planning van producten die nodig zijn om te kunnen produceren, waaronder creels (deze worden in de lijnen gebruikt om de vezels onder constante spanning af te rollen);
- Administratief verwerken van zaken in het productie besturingssysteem;
- Monitoren van de creels op fouten en/of slijtage;
- Signaleren van kwaliteitsafwijkingen in het garen.
- Herkennen en omschrijven van diverse defecten in het eindproduct;
- Communiceren van eventuele afwijkingen/defecten aan andere afdelingen / collega's;
- Het eindproduct verpakken en behandelen volgens de geldende instructies;
- Assisteren van collega's bij het hijsen en takelen.
- Starten en stoppen van de lamineerlijn;
- Het sturen van de lamineerlijn van halffabricaat tot eindproduct;
- Zorgdragen voor de juiste print op het eindproduct;
- Monitoren van machines en proces parameters op de lamineerlijn;
- Controleren van recepturen aan de lijn en bewaken van productkwaliteit en product eigenschappen.
- Minimaal Vapro-A of een afgeronde Mbo-2 opleiding;
- Enige ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol (als Operator) is een pré;
- Je bent beschikbaar in 5-ploegen.
- Een bruto maandsalaris van tot € 3.200 bruto per maand o.b.v. een fulltime werkweek;
- Een ploegentoeslag van 30% in 5-ploegendienst;
