Are you the new BAS HR Support Officer with International focus? To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for you. What makes us unique? We are a large international organization with the characteristics of a typical Brabant family business. In our HR department, we work as a close team to support the business in all HR-related issues, on an operational, tactical and strategic level. Our team consists of an HR Director, HR Managers, L&D Specialist, Recruiters, HR Systems Specialists, Payroll Administrators and HR Business Partners. Together, we ensure that our HR processes run smoothly and that communication is clear and effective.

Your role in the team

• You support the HR department and the international coordinators performing administrative tasks regarding the entire HR Journey;
• You liaise with supervisor, HR and employee regarding on-the-job support when there is a language barrier;
• You support the HR Business Partners with regard to the international staff and the administrative processes around inflow, throughput and outflow of employees;
• You process mutations in our systems; For example, you process personnel data and personnel and address changes and follow up on tasks;
• You provide and maintain reports related to HR and the organization of international staff;
• You perform hand-and-span services such as translations, act as interpreter during conversations and actively think along to optimize (administrative) work processes.

Your specifications

• You possess a completed mbo 4 or hbo degree in the direction of HR, legal services, administration or similar;
• You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week,
• You have some experience in a similar position;
• You are administratively strong, accurate and proactive;
• You have good communication skills, maintain an overview and are calm in a dynamic work environment;
• You have good communication skills in Polish and English, Dutch is an advantage;
