As one of the largest European wholesalers for sports nutrition, we distribute products such as protein bars, vitamins or protein powder.

With our approx. 200 employees, we not only supply our Europe-wide business customers, but can also be found on German supermarket shelves.

With our virtual fitness fair and the offers stored around it, we inspire thousands of sports enthusiastic customers every year.


Our headquarters are located in Venlo, optimally situated in the border region between the Netherlands and Germany near Mönchengladbach, Krefeld, Duisburg and Düsseldorf.


YOUR ROLE

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and support our sales team in close cooperation
  • You are responsible for handling written and telephone customer inquiries independently
  • You play a central role by providing support and advice on questions regarding orders, customer accounts, products and services
  • You maintain our CRM system and ensure order and structure with your eye for detail
  • You create transport calculations and export documents in the customs system
  • You take care of general office organization and administration, ensuring smooth daytoday operations

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree on at least MBOlevel
  • You have professional experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, Sales Support, or Administrative roles
  • Your initiative, strong organizational skills, and customer orientation set you apart
  • You have excellent written and spoken English and good German skills additional language skills are advantageous
  • You actively embrace change and strive for continuous improvement
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with ERP and CRM systems
