We are seeking an exceptional Software Engineer to join our team as a Founding Engineer, responsible for building a cutting-edge platform that drives efficiency and increases sustainability in agriculture.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €85,000 per annum, with the potential to receive up to 5% equity. Additionally, you will benefit from flexible working hours and the option for hybrid work arrangements.

Job Description

Your primary mission will be to develop a platform that streamlines processes from production to sales, enhancing connections between farmers and markets. This platform will facilitate efficient trading, logistics, and farming practices through an integrated, technology-driven approach.

To achieve this, you will be responsible for integrating data sources, ensuring the quality of incoming data, utilizing AI for predictive analytics and optimization, and seamlessly integrating with ERP systems to streamline administrative processes and enhance data accuracy.

This is a greenfield project, offering you the opportunity to play a pivotal role in selecting and deploying state-of-the-art technologies, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and innovative.

Requirements

• Strategic Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of developing effective solutions to complex problems.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Python, with experience in developing and scaling tech stacks for greenfield projects. Ideally, also well-versed in React.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: Experience in leading development teams through agile development cycles, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Educational Background: Master's degree in a relevant field (with a focus on Artificial Intelligence preferred).
