    Internship: Human Resources Project Management

    Job Description

    Start date: As soon as possible, no later than Q August / September)

    Duration: 6 months. We prefer students able to extend up to a maximum of 12 months.

    Location: High Tech Campus building 34

    Type: Non – Thesis

    Weekly availability: 40 hours

    In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

    Support the Excellence Operations Team in the Field of Human Resources, working on daily basis within an international team.

    You are responsible for

    • Maintaining and support in monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
    • Organizing, and attending and participating in team & stakeholder meetings
    • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
    • Undertaking project tasks as required and support the team within process design activities.
    • Organization, analysis, and consolidation of information & data for team, business, and stakeholders
    • Supporting teams across our center of excellence where needed
    • Suggesting improvements for our current processes and procedures
    • Support in process design

    You are a part of

    The Operational Excellence team, which supports the Talent Development and Operational Effectiveness center of excellence. In this expertise center we support Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning, Talent Management and Leadership for our enterprise with project support and process design support next to being focused on continuous improvements.

    You will be working at the High Tech Campus, building 34 in Eindhoven.

    To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

    • Students currently studying towards Master in: Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business Management
    • Fluency in English (verbal & written).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Preferable strong team-management, organizational, finance and accounting skills.

    Our intern remuneration package:

    • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
    • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than hours.
    • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net
    • Paid holidays per internship term.
    • The opportunity to buy Philips products at our Philips shop
