    As a ServiceNow Developer (ITSM), you will:
    • Understand and provide Architecture Solutions for the implementation or maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
    • Collaborate with architects and customers to understand technical requirements, document them, playback, and baseline.
    • Develop designs aligned with architecture (if applicable) and technical requirements.
    • Lead a team of ServiceNow developers, web designers, integration SMEs, and QA analysts to build and deploy applications meeting customer requirements.
    • Perform Sprint activities (if Agile), including developing user stories from requirements, estimating efforts, prioritizing user stories with the product sponsor, sprint planning, and assigning sprint activities to the team.
    • Advise on best practices, provide technical solutions and/or workarounds for issues/requirements, track and share the status of sprints/user stories with the Project Manager, identify and manage risks and challenges, and ensure the quality and security of the product deployment as per the design.

    What You Bring to the Table:
    • Over 10 years of experience in a technical consultancy role, with specific expertise in ServiceNow.
    • Strong background in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, and understanding architecture solutions.
    • Proven experience in leading ServiceNow implementation projects, ITSM migrations, consolidations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party tools.
    • Certified in ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, and ITIL V3 Foundation.
    • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology with very good ITIL process knowledge, capable of evaluating correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL/industry standards.
    • Excellent communication skills, adept at orchestrating customer requirements, solutions, and managing project teams and members.

    You Should Possess the Ability to:
    • Handle customer meetings and provide regular reports to both customers and management.
    • Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance with the team.
    • Participate and provide valuable feedback during planning meetings (e.g., pre-iteration and retrospectives).
    • Manage conflicts that may arise with customers or internal stakeholders effectively.
