Als Operational Excellence specialist werk je binnen het Operational Excellence team operations, een team dat werkt voor alle mengvoerfabrieken en logistiek van ForFarmers in Nederland. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's op het gebied van procesoptimalisatie in de fabrieken en het ondersteunen van lean manufacturing. Daarnaast zoek je naar optimalisatiemogelijkheden op het raakvlak met andere afdelingen die onze supply chain beïnvloeden.
Je gaat uit je zelf aan de slag om je collega`s te coachen en inspireren en zo ook verbeterinitiatieven vanaf de werkvloer geïmplementeerd te krijgen. Je loopt met de operators mee om de processen te begrijpen en te verbeteren en vertaalt dit terug naar KPI's waar de operators mee verder kunnen.
