    Vacaturebeschrijving:

    Ben jij niet voor één gat te vangen? Gelukkig komt er als planner dagelijks genoeg op je pad. Zo ga je zorgen voor een efficiënte inzet van chauffeurs en trucks voor een grote speler op het gebied van cement, beton en andere bouwmaterialen. Klinkt zwaar? Het is vooral heel leuk. Zodra een order binnenkomt, geldt de regel: Communicatie is key. En jij? Jij behoudt het overzicht en voorziet alles en iedereen van de juiste instructies en de laatste info. Onvoorziene uitdagingen? Daar schrik jij niet van. Wel pak je ze met beide handen aan. Een klant die last-minute wijzigingen wilt? Jij duikt in de mogelijkheden en vindt een oplossing die voor iedereen werkt.

    In het kort:

  • Beschikken over enige transportervaring is een must en geen nice to have.
  • Je ontvangt een salaris van tot uur en afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring.
  • Het is belangrijk dat je 40 uur beschikbaar bent.

    • Waar kom jij te werken?

    Het centrum van jouw logistieke operatie staat in Den Bosch. Vanuit hier ben je samen met een grote club collega's verantwoordelijk voor het vervoeren van 20 miljoen ton aan grondstoffen en andere producten. Niet allemaal in je eentje natuurlijk. Maar zeg ik grote club, dan bedoel ik ook een grote club. Dit ambitieuze internationale concern telt ruim medewerkers verspreid over 2500 locaties door heel Europa. Met recht een marktleider in de wereld van cement, zand, grind en betonmortel.

    Het team waar jij dagelijks mee werkt is uiteraard 'iets kleiner' dan dat. Vraag ik ze naar de bedrijfscultuur komen ze direct met de woorden collegiaal en informeel. Dat hechte gevoel is iets wat ik ook direct ervaar als ik hier de werkvloer op stap. Dus wie ben ik om ze tegen te spreken.

    Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

    Even je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden op een rijtje:

  • het optimaal benutten van de aanwezige capaciteit aan chauffeurs, trucks, pompen, en productlocaties. Jij stemt alles en iedereen op elkaar af om tot een waterdichte planning te komen. Hierin krijg je hulp van een geautomatiseerd planningssysteem
  • een stuk communicatie richting alle betrokken partijen. Wijzigt er iets, dan ben jij de persoon die dit doorgeeft aan de chauffeurs, aan derden en aan de klant
  • bijdragen aan het volledige order intake traject

  • ervaring in het maken van logistieke planningen
  • 40 uur per week beschikbaar
  • enthousiast over B2B klantcontact
  • goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, de Duitse en de Engelse taal
  • secuur, analyserend en pro actief
