Hello, we have a beautiful son and this is our first child. We are expats from India and are hesitant to start daycare as early as 3 months. We do have our parents to help out for a bit.

But once their stay here in the NL is done, we suspect it will hard for my husband and myself to manage work and give attention to our son at the same time Hence were looking to get some help on a few days in the week so we can manage our work better.

Some of these days one of us might be away at the office. We would also prefer someone who can speak English if that is a possibility.
We intend to have a baby sitter when our son is around 6-7 months (May end

• June Hence, engaging him and keeping him occupied would be our main goal.
