- Documentation and Compliance: Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring that documentation meets project and regulatory standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality achievement and performance across the project.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, training, and guidance to QA/QC personnel, fostering a culture of high-quality standards and compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Certifications: Must hold primary certifications relevant to Quality Management in the Oil and Energy sector, including ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and relevant Dutch certifications like VCA.
- Experience: Extensive experience in QA/QC roles within the oil, gas, or energy sector, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in implementing and overseeing quality management systems, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and adept at risk management and compliance adherence.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
