Job summary
Als Pre Qualification Officer binnen het Tender Office voor Offshore Energy ondersteun je bij het organiseren en beheren van pre-kwalificatie- en tenderprocessen. Je werkt met internationale, diverse en uitdagende projecten voor Dredging, Infrastructure- en Offshore Energy-projecten van verschillende omvang die je dagelijks tegenkomt.
Responsibilities
- Zorgen dat inzendingen zorgvuldig worden voorbereid zodat tenderteams kunnen inschrijven of we pre-kwalificeren om te tenderen
- Opstellen-en schrijven van Request For Information-documenten-en gestandaardiseerde teksten
- Afstemmen met afdelingen binnen Van Oord om tijdige levering van correcte informatie te garanderen
