Position Overview

In special education, students need a little extra care. Not everything comes easy for these students. As an AVO teacher, you gladly contribute to helping them discover and utilize their talents, preparing them for their future and place in society.

Every day, you go to school with joy, to see the students grow. Because it's wonderful to witness.

A VSO school near Apeldoorn is currently seeking an AVO teacher. This is a full-time position, but fewer hours can be discussed. The position is until at least the summer vacation. If it's a good fit for both parties, there's a possibility of permanent employment with the school.

Here's what you can expect from us:

• A contract with Maandag;
• Salary ranging from €3321 to €5862 (LC scale);
• Holiday days and year-end bonus according to the Primary Education Collective Labor Agreement;
• Travel reimbursement of 23 cents per kilometer;
• Support from an account manager and recruiter, and if desired, an education coach;
• Additional training and education.

Requirements

For the position of AVO teacher, you need to have completed PABO or relevant second-degree teaching qualification. You also need to be a true pedagogue, able to assess students well to provide them with the care they require.
