    Als beveiliger bij de Rechtspraak in Den Bosch zorg jij voor de veiligheid op de rechtbank. Ga direct fulltime aan de slag. Trigion. De veilige keuze.

    Functieomschrijving

    Werken bij de rechtspraak betekent een steentje bijdragen aan de maatschappij. Je krijgt veel te maken met vertrouwelijke informatie. Je loopt brand- en sluitrondes, controleert bezoekers en werkt met geautomatiseerde beveiligingssystemen. Je schakelt dus veel tussen deze werkzaamheden. Samen met jouw collega beveiligers heb jij een belangrijke functie en sta je voor integriteit en betrouwbaarheid.

    Afwisselend en uitdagend is je baan als beveiliger bij Trigion zeker. De veiligheid van medewerkers en bezoekers van de Rechtspraak Den Bosch ligt in jouw handen. Jij maakt het verschil door bij dreigende situaties op de juiste manier te reageren. Naast je kennis van de theorie luister je ook naar je onderbuikgevoel. Je treedt daadkrachtig op als dat nodig is. Zorgen dat iedereen veilig is en zich ook zo voelt is jouw kerntaak. Eenzijdig is je werk in de beveiliging nooit. Verantwoordelijk is het wel. Trigion is niet voor niets 'de veilige keuze'.

    Bij de Rechtspraak in Den Bosch draai je dag-, avond-, en weekenddiensten, dus het is belangrijk dat je flexibel bent. Wij hebben een breed en gevarieerd team van beveiligers, die ook kunnen worden ingezet op andere objecten zoals COA. Hierbij verwachten wij dus enige flexibiliteit en beschikbaarheid voor alle diensten.

    Als objectbeveiliger bij Trigion houd je je hoofd koel en ligt de nadruk in jouw werkzaamheden op:

    • Preventief handelen. Jij hebt een neus voor opvallende situaties of gedrag en grijpt al in voordat er echte problemen ontstaan.
    • Onveilige of afwijkende situaties herkennen. Jij hebt het als eerste in de gaten wanneer iets niet gaat zoals het 'hoort'.
    • Vriendelijk ontvangen van bezoekers en gasten en ze wegwijs maken op de locatie.
    • Receptiewerkzaamheden. Een afwisseling van mail, telefonie tot face to face klantcontact.
    • Meldkamerwerkzaamheden.

    Wat je krijgt

    Een uitdagende afwisselende baan en een team leuke collega's met:

    • Jaarcontract en uitzicht op een vast contract.
    • Bruto uurloon tussen de €16,01 en €19,08 (conform CAO Particuliere Beveiliging), afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
    • 13 keer per jaar salaris.
    • Bij Trigion kan je gemiddeld per 4 weken tussen €322,- en €405,- extra aan onregelmatigheidstoeslag verdienen bovenop je bruto salaris
    • Rooster wat 4 weken van tevoren bekend is.
    • Reiskostenvergoeding van 0,18 per km (vanaf 9 km).
    • Pensioenregeling, eindejaarsuitkering en vakantiegeld.
    • Uniform- en stomerijvergoeding en collectiviteitskorting op je zorgverzekering.
    • Toegang tot online trainingen van de Trigion Academie.
    • Gratis parkeren.

    Wie je bent

    Actief durf je jezelf wel te noemen, als beveiliger loop je wat af. Dat je sociaal, betrouwbaar en stressbestendig bent spreekt voor zich. Jij weet jouw kalmte over te brengen op de mensen die je beveiligt. Onze slogan 'Trigion: De veilige keuze' straal jij ook echt uit. Op een prettige manier weet je mensen aan te spreken op hun gedrag. Gastvrijheid zit in je natuur, je vindt het belangrijk dat bezoekers zich welkom voelen. Als onze nieuwe objectbeveiliger:

    • Bezit je een mbo- diploma Beveiliger 2.
    • Heb je geen strafblad. Een screening bij de politie is onderdeel van de sollicitatieprocedure.
    • Beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed en beheers je de basisvaardigheden Engels. Ook in stressvolle situaties kun je de juiste instructies in het Engels geven.
    • Woon je binnen 50 km vanaf Den Bosch.

    Solliciteren bij Trigion doe je vooral online via een sollicitatiegame. In de game krijg je in 20 minuten video's te zien en vragen over het werk als beveiliger bij Trigion. Aan het einde van deze game weet je precies hoe het is om bij ons aan de slag te gaan en hebben wij een eerste indruk om te zien of je bij ons past.
