Your role As a Customer Consultant you will be part of our Customer Excellence Team and work on warehouse management system improvement initiatives helping our existing customers to drive their business in the best and most efficient way with the help of world class application.

Frequently being in contact with our customers (keyusers) frequently, including site visits · Problem analysis and testing of software changes · Process analysis and process improvements · Solution design and documentation · Description of change requests and alignment with customer · Warehouse management system set up and configuration for changes · Delivery of software changes and setup · Implementing change requests and support for existing customer base Your profile We are looking for both experienced functional and technical consultants as well as more junior candidates who have passion for and interest in logistics and modern warehouse operations solutions.

A perfect candidate enjoys dynamic and challenging environment, has the ability to solve complex customer problems, is interested to work with advanced IT systems and applications and likes working with agile project delivery methods.
