Voor het bedrijf Vanderlande Industries Veghel, zijn wij op zoek naar een Packing Operator. Het gaat hierbij om een baan voor 40 uur per week voor langere tijd.

wie ben jij

Als Packing medewerker ben je de laatste schakel voordat het eindproduct naar de klant gaat. Je
hebt verschillende verantwoordelijkheden zoals oa adviseren over het verpakken van de eindproducten, verzendklaar maken van eindproducten en Laden en lossen van producten.

Een opleiding op MBO niveau 2 / 3;
Heftruckrijbewijs;
Enthousiasme om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen en bij te leren;
Kennis van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.

wat ga je doen

Als Packing medewerker ben je werkzaam in de fabriek in Veghel. Je ondersteunt door advies te geven over de
verpakkingen, het intekenen van pallets, het maken van pallets en het verzendklaar maken van het
eindproduct. Stapsgewijs en volgens gestandaardiseerde werkwijzen ga je aan de slag. Je verliest hierbij de
kwaliteit en de doorlooptijd van het eindproduct niet uit het oog. Zo vind je het leuk om mee te
denken over verbeteracties. Samen met jouw collega's werk je aan mooie projecten van
wereldklasse. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om je horizon te verbreden en je kennis uit te breiden
dankzij het volgen van trainingen en het opdoen van ervaring.

Adviseren over het verpakken van de eindproducten;
Intekenen en maken van pallets;
Verzendklaar maken van eindproducten;
Laden en lossen van producten;
Waarborgen van de juiste kwaliteit;
Werken volgens bestaande procedures en werkinstructies.

waar ga je werken

In de fabriek in Veghel werken 165 vak kanjers met specialismes zoals draaien, frezen, lassen,
kanten, coaten, distributie, assembleren en packing. De Packing Operators vallen onder de afdeling
assemblage en bestaat uit ongeveer 60 collega's. Er is een open cultuur met mensen die graag in een informele sfeer werken en net dat extra stapje willen zetten.
Vanderlande is wereldmarktleider in toekomstbestendige logistieke procesautomatisering op
luchthavens en voor pakketdiensten. Daarnaast zijn ze een toonaangevende leverancier van deze
procesautomatisering voor distributiecentra, waarin innovatieve systemen, intelligente software en
life-cycle services naadloos zijn geïntegreerd.
