Voor de invulling van deze rol binnen het Foodservice team zijn we op zoek naar een energieke en ambitieuze accountmanager, die zich met name gaat richten op uitbouwen en werven van de grote ketens in de OOH markt in de strategische groeisegmenten FSR (Full Service Restaurants) en QSR (Quick Service Restaurants). Daarnaast onderhoud je een uitgebreid portfolio van huidige klanten binnen o.a. catering en hotels.
Belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden zijn het (strategisch) uitbouwen van distributie, onderhouden en versterken van klantrelaties en op zoek gaan naar nieuwe kansen in de verschillende dynamische marktsegmenten. Onze ideale kandidaat heeft de 'gun factor' om zaken voor elkaar te krijgen, is in staat nieuwe klanten te werven al dan niet via het eigen netwerk. Je bent als geen ander in staat om met passie, ambitie en creativiteit het imago van Arla Foods als professionele business partner verder te positioneren bij de doelgroep. Je werkt nauw samen met de KAM WS, om zo de markt optimaal te bedienen.
Je bent de consultative seller met sterke drive & focus
Naast deze persoonlijkheidseigenschappen heb je tenminste een afgeronde HBO opleiding in een commerciële richting . Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële (sales) functie in de FMCG branche, bij voorkeur binnen Foodservice kanaal. Je beschikt over een uitgebreid netwerk in Foodservice. Naast een teamplayer ben je een zelfstandige, stevige persoonlijkheid met een commerciële instelling en hunters mentaliteit. Je kerncompetenties liggen op het vlak van doorzettingsvermogen, resultaatgerichtheid, lef en creativiteit. Je rust niet voor je doelen zijn gerealiseerd. Je hebt passie voor je vak en je hebt een gezonde dosis ambitie.
