Provide support to the in-house counsels, paralegals and contract managers by performing administrative duties handle general administration work for the legal team coordinate tasks with the corporate legal team in India and other regions schedule meetings and plan logistics for such meetings process vendor payments distribute assignments to in-house counsels using internal platform coordinate other routine tasks with various internal functions from time to time compile various reports filing and achieving the documents
