    About the Opportunity

    Join us as the pivotal Manager of Business Solutions, playing a vital role in our dynamic team. You'll spearhead the collection of business requirements for innovative technology solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define realistic scopes and expectations. Guiding the business in identifying necessary resources for solution implementation and future ownership, you'll orchestrate seamless collaboration between our Business Solutions and Global IS teams.

    As the nexus between DEMEA's business organization and Global IS functions, you'll align priorities by identifying and scoping specific needs, sourced from strategic initiatives or within our broader Strategy & Business Enablement group. Collaborating with our Business Solutions team, you'll evaluate requirements against existing platforms and tools, crafting new solutions where needed. Your strategic oversight will optimize IS resources, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives critical to our Business Unit's success.

    Responsibilities

  • Utilize standard modeling and documentation techniques to identify and document requirements effectively, leveraging expertise in Business Solutions and systems.
  • Analyze existing solutions to problems and assess the value delivered by proposed changes or the introduction of new systems.
  • Sense-check business cases, assign delivery value, and track post-implementation value realization within the Global IS framework.
  • Assist in resolving issues impacting stakeholder service efficiency and facilitate the escalation of platform-related issues via the Service Now tool.
  • Establish a streamlined process for handling new requests, collaborating with IS for delivery and implementation, and transitioning solutions into a mature live state with business ownership.
  • Continuously evaluate end-to-end processes across the value chain to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for rationalization, automation, waste removal, or value addition, coordinating Business Unit-specific solutions and collaborating with IS for technology initiatives.
  • Support the Business Unit's objectives regarding people leader effectiveness, employee engagement, and enabling others to perform.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required, up to 20%.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with stakeholders, representing Driscoll's positively.
  • Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience in produce/FMCG.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant technology implementation experience.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in FMCG technology solutions.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in system deployment, process development, and team management.
