- Je hebt een afgeronde HBO / WO opleiding richting Architectuur, Bouwkunde, Civiele techniek, Installatieadvies, Bouwmanagement, of een vergelijkbaar technische achtergrond;
- 0 tot 3 jaar relevante ervaring op het gebied van Vastgoed;
- Ervaring met projecten in huisvesting, onderwijs, zorg, life sciences, IT en industrie is een pré;
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve en assertieve vaardigheden en een georganiseerde en gestructureerde manier van werken;

Je taken
Als Junior Projectmanager ben je een onmisbare schakel in het projectteam, waarbij je betrokken bent bij zowel nieuwbouw- als renovatieprojecten vanaf de initiatiefase tot aan de oplevering. Je bewaakt nauwlettend alle doelen en deadlines en communiceert helder om ervoor te zorgen dat alle betrokken stakeholders het overzicht behouden en de controle behouden. Jouw doel is om de projecten op een efficiënte en duurzame manier te managen, waarbij je streeft naar optimale resultaten.
Binnen Drees & Sommer werken we multidisciplinair. We kennen geen gekaderde afdelingen. We werken wel vanuit specialismen en disciplines. Als Junior Projectmanager werk je binnen de afdeling Building Performance Management in een van onze 12 sectoren.
