Dan ben jij de Manager compensation & benefits die we zoeken Arriva Nederland is onderdeel van Arriva Group, met haar hoofdkantoor in Engeland. Dit geeft een internationale component aan jouw functie, waarbij je als deskundig adviseur en specialist vanuit Nederland meedenkt in het beleid van Arriva Group; en Arriva Group beleid vertaalt naar beleid voor Arriva Nederland.
Wat ga je doen?
De Manager compensation & benefits zorgt voor het formuleren en implementeren van arbeidsvoorwaardenbeleid dat optimaal aansluit op de strategische doelstelling van Arriva.
Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het aantrekken, motiveren en behouden van talent voor de organisatie. Het professionaliseren van de medezeggenschap, het adviseren van de bestuurders en het maken van cao (Mumo en OV) afspraken als onderhandelaar van de werkgeversvereniging of Arriva zelf.
Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het up-to-date houden van je kennis in jouw vakgebied en bent voortdurend op zoek naar de dynamiek van verandering, modernisering, verbetering van processen en resultaten. Je communicatie is helder en je kunt beleid of scenario's uiteenzetten, waarvan je de impact kunt overzien. Je kent het speelveld van arbeidsverhoudingen en kunt makkelijk omgaan met verschillende stakeholders om tot resultaten komen.
