Role descriptionWe're looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join us to lead on attracting and selecting talent for Arcadis in the Netherlands.

In this role, you will contribute to the business's success by supporting recruitment and enabling the business to prioritise its hiring in accordance with its commercial needs.

You will also support the overall employer of choice agenda in the delivery of talent.& Acirc;Role AccountabilitiesAs Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be proactively going to market, via multiple sourcing channels, with a view to attracting the best possible talent to expand our teams, primarily within the disciplines of Design & Engineering, Programme & Project Management and Environmental Specialisms, although it's likely you will also be asked to resource roles from a much wider portfolio on occasion.

Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively going to market, via multiple sourcing channels, with a view to sourcing the best possible talent to expand our teams.& Acirc;Using your market knowledge and best practice to advise stakeholders on process and ensure that all roles are sourced effectively.& Acirc;Positioning Arcadis as an employer of choice while conducting candidate screening and interviewing prospective candidatesManaging a high volume of permanent vacancies across diverse levels and skill sets, ensuring that priorities are identified and met.& Acirc;Managing the overall candidate experience, ensuring a positive outcome for all individuals, regardless of outcome& Acirc;Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers and the various stakeholders you encounter throughout the recruitment process.& Acirc;Be an advocate for our values and ensure our recruitment processes are inclusive and free of bias'sQualifications & ExperienceYou will be an experienced TA Consultant, likely having started in an agency/RPO before transitioning to in-house – a background that will have given you strong knowledge of how to identify and approach talent in niche, skill-short markets.& Acirc;Significant familiarity with Linked In Recruiter, Boolean searching, and the best practice use of Applicant Tracking Systems.& Acirc;Your experience will allow you to credibly advise stakeholders on recruiting best practice.& Acirc;Capable of confidently and articulately contribute to Talent Acquisition discussions, and able to demonstrate a proactive, positive, and curious mindset.& Acirc;Able to overcome setbacks, learn, and continue to develop.& Acirc;Happy to positively challenge the norm, you will be able to evidence a continuous improvement mindset to assist us in our journey.& Acirc;Driven and determined, yet empathetic to the needs of the various stakeholders you encounter throughout the recruitment processSignificant experience with hiring talent in the NetherlandsFluency in English and Dutch is requiredWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
