- Project Management Assistance : support the structuring and monitoring of Legal Operations projects and activities, collecting the required data to drive initiatives forward;
- Technology implementation : collaborate on the development, testing and implementation of new technological solutions for the Global Legal domain;
- User support : provide basic technical and non-technical support to users from inside and outside the legal department;
- Reporting and analysis : assist in developing and maintaining reports in Power BI;
- User management : support handling the onboarding and offboarding of users;
- System Performance Monitoring : regularly assess system performance (including SharePoint and Power BI), conduct data quality checks, and propose upgrades and enhancements;
- Collaborate in business process management : support process improvement efforts and the implementation of new processes;
- Effective Business communication : assist in developing communication plans and ways of working enabling effective communication within the Legal department and with our internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor student in Project Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Communications, or similar;
- Tech-savvy, analytical oriented and have critical thinking skills;
- Organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize;
- Ability to translate analytics (numbers) into plain English to help make better business decisions;
- Working co-operatively and productively across the teams to share information and knowledge appropriately;
- Have great communication skills in English, both written and verbally;
- Proficiency with business applications such as MS Office 365 suite of tools, including SharePoint.
- Experience with Power BI and / or other dashboarding tools;
- Familiarity with process flows;
- Positive, innovative and enthusiastic;
- Good teamwork skills;
- Proactive and independent.
