- Design and document architecture and approaches for all ServiceNow related SWIFT objectives in the form of HLDs, Whitepapers and Power Point presentations.
- Use knowledge and experience in Enterprise Architecture and ITIL to ensure that all designs are aligned with best EA practices and ITIL.
- Present at SWIFT senior level management meetings to discuss new technology initiatives and architecture to obtain business and technical approvals for designs and approaches.
- Based on requirements and discussions with Operations, Customer Support, etc., advice how ServiceNow capabilities can be used to meet those requirements.
- Work with SWIFT security teams to ensure that the designs and approaches are aligned with SWIFT security objectives. Ensure that security is considered in the initial phases of a design and not as an afterthought.
- Present designs and approaches in walkthrough's to users, project teams and management, to obtain their input and revise/tune designs as and when needed
- Participate and contribute to ServiceNow squad meetings to ensure that designs & approaches could be successfully implemented
- Identify ServiceNow growth objectives for a multi-year timeframe based on high level SWIFT business and technical objectives and document them in a blueprint form. Present blueprint to SWIFT development management, Product Owners, and Squads to obtain their buy in. Work with ServiceNow squads to implement those objectives.
- Be the ITSM, CM, AM and ITOM technical authority for all SWIFT objectives.
- Provide monitoring design for SWIFT plan of migrating legacy on premise/custom software to cloud.
- 3-5 years of experience architecting solutions with ServiceNow in the functional areas of ITSM, ITOM and ITBM.
- 7+ years of experience in aligning architectural solutions to standard frameworks such as ITIL and TOGAF
- 7+ years of experience in IT Service Management and Operational Management concepts, processes, design and implementation
- At least one successful CMDB implementation
- 7+ years of experience in event and alert Management concepts, processes, and design.
- At least one active ServiceNow certification
- ITIL Foundation certification
- 7+ experience in architecting solutions for large projects and successfully supporting implementation of the same
- Experience in cloud hosted application monitoring and management using ServiceNow
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow interface capabilities
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow data and interface security capabilities.
