Wij zijn toonaangevend op het gebied van de verhuur van industrieel equipment, zoals kranen, heftrucks, hoogwerkers, elektrotrekkers en reachstackers. Daarnaast bieden we logistieke diensten aan, zoals industriële verhuizingen, bouwlogistiek en reparaties aan havenkranen.

Al deze machines en diensten zijn ondergebracht bij verschillende werkmaatschappijen, elk met een eigen specialisme. Deze vacature betreft onze afdeling Corporate Services, hierin zijn alle staffuncties ondergebracht zoals de afdeling Finance, HR en IT. Voor de afdeling Finance zoeken we een Administratief medewerker (m/v).

Wat ga je doen?

Als administratief medewerker ben je essentieel voor het soepele verloop van het administratieve proces op de afdeling Finance. Jouw taken omvatten onder meer:

– Dagelijkse boekingen en verwerking van bankafschriften;

– Communicatie met klanten en leveranciers voor betaalspecificaties;

– Documentatie opvragen bij externe instanties zoals de Kamer van Koophandel en de Belastingdienst;

– Beheer van stamgegevens van debiteuren en crediteuren;

– Interne facturatie aan onze groepsmaatschappijen;

– Registratie van inkoopfacturen;

Voor deze rol van - uur zoeken wij een collega met minimaal MBO-3 werk- en denkniveau ( financieel/administratief) en enige relevante werkervaring. Je bent zelfstandig en tegelijkertijd een teamspeler, proactief en accuraat met cijfers. Flexibiliteit en een gezonde dosis humor zijn voor ons belangrijk, evenals het vermogen om snel nieuwe automatiseringssystemen eigen te kunnen maken.
