- After disassembling and cleaning a control valve you will test the product as required in accordance with international harmonized standards.
- The Service Technician QRC will complete the assemblies according to drawings, work instructions and orders.
- As a professional you will show advanced understanding of inspection equipment, their functions and usage to ensure that valve is within specification.
- You ensure that all parts and components are clean prior to assembly and that assemblies are completed correctly, following all assembly procedures.
- You know how to use different precision measuring instruments, e.g. micrometers, measuring machines as well as hand tools, e.g. hydraulic torque wrench
- Everything needs to be documented, therefore you'll prepare inspection and repair reports
- You will occasionally support and replace our Field Service Technician, to perform work on site. You are willing to travel 5-10% of your time
- MBO qualification in Mechanical Engineering or vocational training
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a mechanic
- Basic computer skills to use/learn data entry systems and use the Microsoft Office package.
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, English is preferred.
- Have a keen eye for detail, you are proactive and creative
