    Product Manager After Market, Sales Lelystad, Netherlands

    Doel van de functie

    Als Product Manager After Market ben jij verantwoordelijk voor alle binnendienst activiteiten voor spare-parts en revisies voor jouw productgroep(en). Op basis van aanvragen van klanten en servicerapporten bereid je offertes voor in nauw overleg met de service engineer en/of de sales engineer van de productcategorie. Daarnaast overleg je met service over de planning en stemt dit af met de klant. Na orderbevestiging draag je order over de orderhandlers en verzorg je eventuele technische adviezen met betrekking tot service aan de diverse producten.

    De Product Manager After Sales rapporteert aan de afdelingsmanager van de binnendienst.

    Taken & verantwoordelijkheden

  • Offertes opmaken op basis van klantaanvraag & service rapporten afkomstig vanuit de serviceafdeling.
  • Technisch advies geven over productgroepen zodanig dat de service engineers het werk goed kunnen afronden.
  • Het bezoeken van klanten voor het opnemen van service objecten, revisies en preventief onderhoud.
  • Klanten telefonisch te woord staan en afhandelen van e-mails van klanten en toeleveranciers.
  • Onderhouden klant – en leveranciersrelatie en klanten up-to-date houden over levertijden, afhandelen klachten, etc.
  • Opvolgen en afhandelen van uitstaande offertes.
  • Klachtenregistratie en –afhandeling.
  • Zorg dragen voor een accurate administratie van leads en offertes in het CRM-systeem.

  • De Product Manager After Market is bevoegd om offerte uit te brengen.
  • Toegang tot informatiesystemen m.b.t. klanten, producten en omzet/marge-ontwikkeling (b.v. CRM, ASW).

    • Functie-eisen

  • MBO werk– en denkniveau in een technische richting (bv werktuigbouw, procestechniek, energietechniek).
  • Bij voorkeur minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een technisch/commerciële functie in een Business to Business omgeving.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (in woord en geschrift).
  • Bij voorkeur woonachtig in de directe omgeving van Lelystad.
  • Geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit, hoge flexibiliteit op piekmomenten is vereist.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit met een proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkhouding.
  • Commercieel en klantgericht ingesteld.
  • Passie om technische oplossingen te bieden voor de vraagstukken van onze klanten en prospects.
  • Ruime ervaring met Microsoft Office en CRM Dynamics.
