- Carrying out routine checks of equipment, including HVAC and electrical
- Responsible for the overall maintenance of the building
- Experiences with carrying out mechanical maintenance, from heaters, ventilation, coolers, AC, etc. Managing requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude is your top priority.
- Maintain a focus on safety of guests and colleagues.
- You will need to travel to the different locations in the Netherlands
- Previous experiences in similar position in a hotel is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering field
- You're flexible in working hours & days and don't mind to periodically do standby shifts
- A sound understanding of engineering principles.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.
- Have a very hands on approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- English required, Dutch is a plus
