• As a Data Remediation Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and resolving data quality issues within our organization's databases and systems.
• You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our data, ultimately contributing to informed decision-making and business success.
• Conduct thorough analysis of data quality issues, including identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
• Develop and implement data remediation strategies and processes to address identified issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support ongoing data management efforts.
• Design and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data from various sources.
• Utilize Excel or Python to perform data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment tasks.
• Create and maintain documentation related to data quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor data quality metrics and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on data remediation tools and techniques.
• You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our data, ultimately contributing to informed decision-making and business success.

• Holding a minimum of an MBO / HBO degree
• Experience working as a Data Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, or similar role is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (e.g., T-SQL, PL/SQL) for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience with Python or other scripting languages is desirable.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English
