QHSE & Legal Database Management Intern - Rotterdam, Nederland - Caldic

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a QHSE and Legal Database Management Intern for two months full-time. The primary focus of this role will be to assist in populating and maintaining our Legisway database with all governmental licenses and permits required across our entities worldwide. This internship presents an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in regulatory compliance, data management, and legal documentation within a global organization.

Key elements of this role are:

· Conducting thorough research to identify all governmental licenses and permits required for our operations in various jurisdictions worldwide.

· Collecting and organizing relevant documentation and information pertaining to each license/permit, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Adding data into the Legisway database, adhering to established data entry standards and guidelines.

· Collaborating closely with legal, compliance, and operations teams to verify information, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Assisting in the development and implementation of processes to regularly update and maintain the database.

· Providing support for ad-hoc projects related to quality, health, safety, environmental compliance, and legal documentation as assigned.

· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills

· Excellent communicator
