We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Production worker for a company specialized in mix, pack and repack food ingredients for national and international brands. The company is mixing, packing and repacking food ingredients for national and international brand owners who, set high standards when it comes to quality, service and reliability. The passionate professionals work with the most advanced equipment and in accordance with the highest standards, in a state-of-the-art production facility. Gluten-free, allergen-free, Kosher and Halal and besides all they add a good dose of service and attention.

What will you do:
As a Production worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art equipment and machinery. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe production of our products. You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals to achieve our production targets while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

• Operate and monitor machinery during production cycles, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions and report them to the maintenance team promptly.
• Set up machines at the beginning of each shift, ensuring they are calibrated and ready for production.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to keep it in optimal condition.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
• Monitor the production process to maintain product quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and address any operational challenges.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate production records.

We require:

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality output;
• Ability to work well in a team environment, contributing to a positive and cooperative work atmosphere;
• Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to adhere to safety regulations at all times;
• Flexibility to work in 3 shifts and adapt to changing production schedules h / 15.00 – 23.00h / 23.00 – 07.00h).
