- Supervise culinary activities and staff, ensure smooth operations.

- Manage inventory, minimize waste, analyze costs.
- Stay updated on trends, experiment with ingredients.
- Ensure dishes meet or exceed expectations, handle feedback.
- Manage budgeting, payroll, coordinate with vendors.
- Leadership and team building: Foster positive work environment, provide guidance for staff.
- Available to work Monday through Friday with flexibility to work over hours
- Proven experience as a catering head chef or executive chef
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work over hours as required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
