    Our Impact

    The Retail & Pension Solutions team delivers investment solutions to Dutch Retail clients via our label FitVermogen and to Dutch pension providers and their participants. With MyPension we offer a solution for defined contribution pension schemes to Dutch pension funds. Next to that we service the largest Dutch PPI BeFrank. We are working closely together with the pension administrators of the pension providers to make sure both pension administration and investment administration are aligned.

    Your impact

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented team player to join our Retail & Pension Solutions Operations team. In this capacity you will work on the investment administration and customer services. You will be executing all back-office processes related to the investment administration for all labels. Next to that you will be answering calls and mails from our clients as part of customer services and will support other teams with our KYC/AML processes.

    How you will fulfill your potential

    Primary responsibilities:

  • Execution of back-office processes like ordering, payments, reconciliation, fee settlement
  • Analyzing errors/warnings on STP processes
  • Communication: customer services and reporting
  • Quality management (maintain control framework)
  • Service level management (keep track of service levels)
  • Maintain compliance policies
  • Bring forward improvement proposals for existing processes
  • Participate in development and testing of new and adjusted software using agile philosophy
  • Participate in projects
  • Skills & Experience

    Affinity with IT is important and working experience in the financial sector and especially with investments in mutual funds is seen as an important advantage. You are fulltime available for 40 hours per week.

  • You have a HBO degree (preferably for a financial orientated study)
  • You have at least 3 years of working experience (preferably in financial sector)
  • You take ownership of your own development and make proactively use of available sources of knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both Dutch and English language
  • Team player with a positive and flexible attitude and strong work ethic
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
