Wat ga je doen?
De functie van Medewerker Klantenservice is afwisselend en uitdagend; je bent als team namelijk het aanspreekpunt voor klanten van zowel Sissy-Boy als Sacha en Manfield. De klanten kunnen bij jouw team terecht met allerhande vragen over hun aankoop. Of het nu gaat om een compliment, algemene productinformatie of een klacht, jij deinst nergens voor terug en streeft naar een big smile bij onze klanten
• Je staat klanten op een nette manier te woord via telefoon, mail en chat.
• Je stuurt klantenservice medewerkers aan bij afwezigheid van de Manager klantenservice.
• Je zorgt voor het inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers.
• Je bewaakt bij afwezigheid van de Manager klantenservice de taakverdeling richting alle teamleden.
• Je vervult de expert rol naar de overige medewerkers, zij kunnen hun vragen bij jou kwijt als ze zelf vast lopen.
• Je zorgt voor het uitvoeren en optimaliseren van het servicebeleid.
• Je denk mee met het verbeteren van alle processen binnen de klantenservice.

• Je hebt minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau.
• Je bent communicatief zeer sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en daarnaast is Duits en/of Frans een pre.
• Je bent stressbestendig en kunt goed onder druk werken.
• Je vindt het belangrijk om klanten naar tevredenheid te helpen en je biedt altijd een passende oplossing.
