Job Purpose:

You ensure that all trains are processed in our operational system Railcube with a focus on spot orders and deviations.

You regularly communicate with ProRail to obtain the correct train paths and reserve parking capacity for our trains, but also liaise with customers to create a suitable transport plan.

All customized solutions you have developed are also processed in our operational system (transport, train path, service content for the operator, and locomotive plan).

RFO is a growing organization where data plays an increasingly important role.

Thus, you will also contribute to the correct administrative processing of energy consumption of our locomotives, analyze the efficiency of operator deployment, and other related data within the Planning department.

Additionally, we will train you to become a true all-rounder who can take over certain tasks from direct colleagues in the Planning department during vacations.

Minimum MBO+ level of education and thinking;
Knowledge and experience within a railway company;
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language. Knowledge of the German language is a big advantage;
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in transport and logistics.
