Job summary
We're now looking for a Director to join our Northern Europe Services Business Development team in a creative, marketing-driven function. The role combines business development with marketing strategy, focused on selling our high-quality marketing, loyalty and personalization capabilities to our customers covering Financial Institutions, Retailers and Fintechs.Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing-driven environments (creative agencies, loyalty, personalization) combined with sales/business development expertise.
- Strong ability to craft persuasive proposals and influence senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with customer engagement strategies, loyalty programs, and personalization technologies.
