- You will manage all operational HR topics along the entire employee life cycle on your own responsibility and with your own creative freedom and ensure that the administrative processes are implemented. To this end, you will work closely with the HR coordinators and also liaise closely with national and international stakeholders
- You will be in close contact with our national and international managers on topics relating to performance management, people development and organisational change
- Alongside your tasks, you will drive forward the further development and optimization of processes and procedures in HR, either as part of a team or independently with your own ideas
- You will contribute to the sustainable implementation of various national and international HR topics such as digitalization, legal changes or the integration of new HR systems
- Communicates empathically, openly and with diplomatic skills
- Is independent, proactive and customer-orientated
- Is enthusiastic about the entire spectrum of HR work
- Is able to maintain an overview, able to prioritize, solution-oriented and strong in implementation
- Is confident in using MS Office and have ideally already used SAP SuccessFactors
