    Stock Controller

    As a Stock Controller, your main responsibility will be to manage stock levels in warehouses, ensuring smooth inventory management and order processing. Your role will involve handling data, coordinating with suppliers, and planning logistics effectively. You will play a crucial role in the supply chain team, maintaining precision and efficacy in stock control operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor stock levels in various warehouses
    • Review and adjust order files when necessary
    • Place orders using MRP and existing contracts
    • Supervise inbound deliveries and communicate with suppliers when needed
    • Organize transportation between warehouses
    • Document shipping information for ordered items
    • Prepare and maintain planning summaries and stock lists
    • Attend stock-related meetings
    • Conduct periodic Stock Reconciliations
    • Perform annual physical stock counts
    • Provide backup support to other Stock Controllers

    Requirements:

    Education: Intermediate to advanced vocational proficiency with a focus on Logistics studies

    Language skills: C2 level in English

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience, with at least 1 year in a related role
    • Familiarity with the FMCG sector, particularly in the Austrian market
    • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, and Demand planning
    • Background in internationally operating companies, preferably across Europe
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP

    • Detail-oriented and precise in work
    • Ability to work independently and in team settings
