- Het samenstellen, analyseren en toelichten van ad hoc, periodiek, halfjaarlijks en jaarlijkse financiële rapportages;
- Het identificeren van (proces)-verbeteringen en hierop actie ondernemen, afstemming met verschillende stakeholders;
- Het leiden van en/of deelnemen aan projecten;
- Het coördineren van audits;
- Je bent en blijft op de hoogte van wijzigingen in wetgeving, boekhouding en het controlling handboek;
- Je valideert informatie en data met de verantwoordelijke managers en interne en externe autoriteiten.
- Je beschikt over een Master degree in Finance;
- Je hebt 7-10 jaar ervaring in Financial Accounting of Business Controlling, bij voorkeur in de FMCG en een internationale omgeving;
- Je hebt ervaring met SAP (bij voorkeur SAP4HANA)
- Je bent een goede sparringpartner voor het management, de organisatie en externe partijen;
- Je weet complexe financiële date op een heldere wijze te vertalen naar de business;
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent een kei in stakeholdermanagement;
- Je weet processen zo te analyseren en te verbeteren dat ze bijdragen aan de klantervaring.

Finance speelt een belangrijke rol binnen onze organisatie, gezien we een groot spin in het web zijn voor velen. Iedere medewerker in ons team speelt een belangrijke rol bij het verbinden van verschillende afdelingen; van Productie tot Supply Chain en alle commerciële afdelingen die hier om heen bewegen.
Ook zorgt de afdeling Finance ervoor dat gegevens kloppen en worden er complexe bedrijfsberekeningen gemaakt. Maandelijks worden er verschillende resultaten geanalyseerd om de hieruit voortvloeiende conclusies terug te geven aan business, dit doen we om de winstgevendheid in de toekomst te vergoten.

Als Sr. Financial Controller & Accounting Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verstrekken van inzichten en financiële cijfers aan het de organisatie om een basis te leggen voor het zakelijke besluitvormingsproces. In deze rol initieer en faciliteer je dit proces door te zorgen voor een evenwichtig en correct afsluitingsproces en door tijdig, ad-hoc en betrouwbaar hoogwaardige cijfers te leveren aan zowel interne als externe stakeholders. Je hebt diepgaande kennis van zowel systeem- als wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van General Accounting & Close, Cash Management, Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Assets Accounting en External Reporting.
