    Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij?

    Bol wil miljoenen klantharten veroveren met verrassende service. Met slimme selfservice tools. En met de drive om de klantervaringen van vandaag door te vertalen naar de klantinnovaties van morgen. Een enorme operatie – deels intern, deels outsourced. Maar om klanten die verrassende service te bieden, is het natuurlijk wel essentieel dat we goed inschatten hoeveel klanten ons op welk moment benaderen. En daar kom jij in beeld

    De grootste uitdaging

    Bol wil klantverwachtingen overtreffen. Ook op het gebied van Customer Service. Pas als klanten het gevoel hebben dat ze zijn geholpen door enthousiaste medewerkers met kennis van zaken, is onze missie geslaagd. De lat ligt hoog; we willen service-ervaringen creëren die nog niet bestaan En daarvoor hebben we de beste mensen nodig. Mensen die dit snappen én er energie van krijgen. Mensen die er niet voor terugdeinzen te vertellen hoe we de beste Customer Service ooit kunnen neerzetten. Maar hoeveel mensen hebben we op welk moment nodig? Welke interne en externe trends hebben invloed op het aantal klantvragen? Hoe blijf je op de hoogte van al deze ontwikkelingen?

    Wat je doet als Forecaster

    Je kennis en ervaring op forecasting vlak binnen een Customer Service omgeving inzetten om klantcontacten beter voorspelbaar te maken. Met behulp van een machine learning algorithme beschik je over een grove inschatting van de forecast. Je gebruikt je vergaarde kennis over wat er binnen en buiten de organisatie speelt en verwerkt deze trends, innovaties en gebeurtenissen in de forecast. Deze forecast stem je af met je collega's binnen het Budget & Forecasting team zodat de benodigde capaciteit kan worden ingericht, en de financiële impact kan worden ingeschat. Je vertaalt vervolgens gebeurtenissen van de afgelopen weken naar werkbare kanaal-, dag- en weekspiegels. Zo kun je tot op kwartierniveau de benodigde workforce uitvragen bij onze klantenservicelocaties. Op deze manier garandeer jij de randvoorwaarden die nodig zijn om een geweldige klantervaring te kunnen bieden aan onze klanten. Uiteraard volg je de ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied op de voet, experimenteer je volop met spannende methodieken en deel je nieuwe inzichten en ervaringen proactief, zowel binnen als buiten de organisatie. Je stemt interne collega service experts af op outsourced locaties, zodat we integraal op een optimale bezettingsgraad kunnen sturen. Als Forecaster ben je een (zeer welkom) lid van het WFM & Daily Support team en werk je intensief samen met de WFM collega's van onze outsourcing partners.

    Omdat je een analytische, data-gedreven, samenwerkingsgerichte Forecaster bent die thuis is in complexe klantbedieningsomgevingen. Uiteraard volg je de ontwikkelingen op het gebied van digitale (virtuele) customer services op de voet en ben je ervan overtuigd dat een mix van mens en machine de beste klantervaringen oplevert. Je kunt complexe, multi-locatie forecasts verzorgen, je ziet verbanden waar anderen in de 'databrij' verdwalen en werkt sterk oplossingsgericht. Je neemt teams om je heen mee in de ontwikkelingen en helpt mee met het vertalen van beoogde innovaties naar klantverkeerimpact.

    Als Forecaster werk je binnen het Budget & Forecasting team, en werk je veel samen met het overkoepelende WFM & Daily Support team. Samen maak je deel uit van Customer & Partner Experience. Ondanks de omvang van onze klantenservice operatie zijn we wars van regelzucht en traditionele werkstructuren. Je werkt bij een marktleider, maar het voelt alsof je onderdeel bent van een scale-up. De doelen zijn ambitieus: een 9+ klantbeleving door gewone dingen buitengewoon goed te doen. Onze cultuur?   • Wij bekijken je sollicitatie zorgvuldig en binnen twee weken weet je of we je uitnodigen voor een gesprek.
  • Wij nemen telefonisch contact met je op om het eerste gesprek in te plannen. En als we elkaar toch al spreken, pak vooral de kans om alvast prangende vragen te stellen.
  • Tijdens het eerste gesprek maken we kennis met elkaar. We zullen ingaan op jouw competenties en je eerdere werkervaring. En natuurlijk ook de inhoud van de functie.
  • Voor het tweede gesprek vragen we je om van te voren een online assessment te maken. Bij sommige functies kunnen we je vragen om iets extra's, zoals een business case.
