    OLIJO groeit. En we zoeken iemand die mee wil bouwen.

    OLIJO werkt als recruitment business partner voor organisaties die kwaliteit willen: in-house recruitment, RPO en werving & selectie. Slim, menselijk en pragmatisch.

    Voor de volgende fase zoeken we een Recruitment Business Partner die commercieel is, energie heeft, het vak kent of snel eigen wil maken.

    Je werkt direct met mij samen en krijgt vanaf dag één verantwoordelijkheid.

    Wat je gaat doen (eerste 6–12 maanden)

    Je focus ligt op bouwen en uitbouwen:

    • Oppakken en verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties.
    • Sourcen, spreken en screenen van kandidaten.
    • Kandidaten introduceren en begeleiden richting placement.
    • Signaleren van nieuwe kansen bij klanten.
    • Snel en pragmatisch schakelen tussen klant, kandidaat en proces.
    • Meedenken over hoe we OLIJO verder professionaliseren en laten groeien.

    Je zit dicht op de business, dicht op de mensen.

    Wie we zoeken

    Jij bent iemand die:

    • Ondernemend en zelf startend is.
    • Structuur kan aanbrengen en overzicht houdt.
    • Energie krijgt van mensen, gesprekken en resultaat.
    • Gezellig is, humor heeft en makkelijk schakelt.
    • Snel leert en verantwoordelijkheid pakt.

    Ervaring

    • 0–5 jaar werkervaring.
    • Recruitmentervaring is een pré, geen must.
    • HBO werk- en denkniveau (diploma is minder belangrijk dan hoe je denkt en doet).

    Wat je krijgt

    • Veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijk.

    • Variabele beloning bij groei en resultaat.
    • Een vaste basis in Breukelen.
    • Fulltime dienstverband (32–40 uur).
