    about the role

    This role coordinates, directs and oversees the value Orange creates for our customers with our Services and Products in the benefit of our customers and organsiation. These activities are centered around 3 main areas:

    Value Proposition (SVP approach) towards customers & Partners, based on our productes and services to (1) modernize our customers technology and solution landscape, and (2) to enrich our platform based approach with cross and upsell solutions.

    Ensure best in Market SVP expert community team to capture, develop, position, implement and run opportunities for our GTM target customers.

    Partnership with with European Value Proposistion, business line,and Customerteams. To agree on replacible solutions, Product differenciatoins and operational support models (integration and managed models).

    Head of Communications services Netherlands is the Dutch spokes person for the Europe technology, products and services groups. This person ensures that European guidelines are duly implemented in the region and provides to the Region the consolidated feedback around SVP's, Innovation, Consulting and opportunity evelopment activities. This person is part of the BeNeLux Management team and has a seat in the European Management Team of Cool Stuff Europe.

    Some objectives

    Develop a local technology and solutions strategy that is focused on driving sustatinable value for our customers and target customers along our GTM design principles.

    Defines the partner choices and where to invest in from a tech perspective with the GTM / Business Management teams

    Aligns the Benelux objectives and ambitions with the regional capabilities and direction.

    Ensures good staffing for our business development Squads and consulting teams

    Provide regular reporting (Balanced scorecard) on the Benelux CS performance.

    Drive Customer Centric Mindset together with the BeNeLux Management team

    Set objectives and targets for the teams in his scope and coordinates this with Regional team.

    Coaches and leads our technology and achitecture teams and talents
