About the Role
Weflex Personnel Services, an expanding employment agency located in Central Netherlands, is on the hunt for an innovative Recruiter. Your pivotal responsibility involves identifying and linking skilled EU professionals with opportunities in the meat, food, or production domains. Fueled by your recruitment passion, you ensure a continuous flow of fresh talents by adeptly scouting, recruiting, and screening candidates. Crafting enticing job ads and leveraging diverse (international) platforms for maximum exposure is second nature to you.
Your key responsibilities encompass:
- Broadcasting recruitment assignments across multiple platforms;
- Conducting screenings and initial interviews;
- Establishing and managing a precise candidate database;
- Proactively sourcing and engaging potential candidates;
- Formulating job profiles and captivating job descriptions.

About You
Ideally, you possess previous experience in a comparable role;
- Your resourceful nature lends itself to constantly seeking out solutions;
- Your sociable demeanor and strong communication skills enable you to effortlessly connect with individuals;
- Proficiency in English is a must, coupled with a keenness to swiftly pick up Dutch;
- Holding a valid driver's license (B);
- Willingness to commit to 32-40 hours per week.
