We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Production worker for a company specialized in mix, pack and repack food ingredients for national and international brands.

As a Production worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art equipment and machinery. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe production of our products.

You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals to achieve our production targets while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Operate and monitor machinery during production cycles, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions and report them to the maintenance team promptly.

Set up machines at the beginning of each shift, ensuring they are calibrated and ready for production.
Monitor the production process to maintain product quality and make adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and address any operational challenges.
Document production activities and maintain accurate production records.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality output;
Ability to work well in a team environment, contributing to a positive and cooperative work atmosphere;
Flexibility to work in 3 shifts and adapt to changing production schedules(07.Competitive salary € 16,12 per hour including 21,5% shift allowance;
Paid breaks during shifts;
A fulltime job;
