- Supporting supervising local finance teams to ensure timely and quality financial reporting.
- Analysing and reviewing monthly reporting packages for entities within the Content group.
- Supporting the monthly consolidation process and intercompany reconciliations.
- Acting as the main contact for financial reporting tool (Exact) and drive improvement of current working practices.
- Liaising with various stakeholders, including local finance teams, S4 group team, FP&A, MDs, tax, legal, HR, etc.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and reporting standards, including preparing accounting position papers (IFRS).
- Supporting the group audit process.
- Assisting with monthly reporting to the management board.
- Playing a role in implementing new finance systems and driving entity rationalisation.
- Contributing to process documentation and improvement, as well as building a future-proof finance and reporting structure.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Accountancy
- More than 4 years of experience, preferably in a high growth, international company
- Experience within a transformation environment
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both with financial and non-financial professionals
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle stressful situations with a positive attitude
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in IFRS.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Responsible for resourcing and implementing security controls for your teams processes and systems
- Responsible that all your personnel apply information security in accordance with the established information security policy
