We are looking for a Team Lead with experience in Performance Management & Intelligent Automation domain within the Assurance department. This position requires a certain degree of versatility since the responsibilities include leadership, HR, financial planning, managing three Agile teams using a Scrum way-of-working and the automation of Assurance (RMO and SRMO) processes.

Responsibilities Team Lead Telecom Assurance

As the lead of this domain, you will be working within the Assurance department. You will be closely cooperating with colleagues inside and outside of the unit.

• You lead multi-disciplinary DevOps IT teams consisting of experts with different personalities and nationalities in a Product Owner role, using the Scrum methodology;
• You drive the automation of Assurance processes and form the future IT landscape of the company;
• You make sure that employees are motivated in the work that they do and provide support and guidance when necessary;
• You take responsibility for defining a long term vision and strategy together with experts from the domain and the teams;
• You handle the financial planning (both CAPEX and OPEX) and manage the required IT capacity of the domain;
• You are a skilled communicator and are able to influence and convince;
• You report on progress to managers, project managers and stakeholders;
• You reach results by taking responsibility and making decisions;
• You are a pragmatist and understand the interests of offering services.

• Conceptual and analytical skills for developing and solving (strategic) issues;
• Communication skills to convey complex matter at a correct level of abstraction to stakeholders within the organization, in other parts of the company (Business Market, Consumer Market and Wholesale) and to external partners;
• Advisory skills for understanding important developments internally/externally, for presenting a vision and influencing decision-making at MT/senior management level (level N-2/N-3);
• Leadership skills for giving direction to the domain and its significance for the business unit;
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex (technical) matters;
• Good verbal and written communication in English;
• Ability to shape a strategy and road-map for the next 2-3 years, and translation into a 6Q road-map;
• Leadership and coaching skills to stimulate self-organization of the DevOps team members.
