- Je bent in staat om zelfstandig vanaf tekening en mondelinge / schriftelijke werkinstructies te assembleren en onderdelen van elektronische en mechanische producten af te stellen. Het werk is (kleiner of) seriematig en relatief lang-cyclisch;
- Je bent in staat om zelfstandig testen aan de samengestelde machines, systemen en modules uit te voeren;
- Je bent in staat om storingen te lokaliseren, analyseren en op te lossen;
- Je voert de werkzaamheden volgens de geldende arbotechnische- en milieuvoorschriften uit op een adequate en verantwoorde wijze.
- Je beschikt over LTS/MTS-niveau, fijnmechanisch, werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek;
- Je beschikt over vaardigheden inzake tekeninglezen en monteren vanaf tekening, zowel mechanisch als elektronisch;
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar assemblage-ervaring in de fijnmechanische industrie;
- Je beschikt over een grote mate van zelfstandigheid, accuratesse, technisch inzicht en teamgeest.

FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING
Als Test Mechanic Assembly (Cleanroom) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig seriematig of enkel stuks assembleren en testen van veelal complexe samenstellingen in de vorm van machines, systemen en/of modules. De werkzaamheden worden verricht in een ESD omgeving of een geconditioneerde omgeving (cleanroom). De producten bestaan uit veel verschillende onderdelen en zijn samengesteld uit fijnmechanische componenten, aandrijftechnische-, pneumatische-, hydrolische- en elektrotechnische componenten.
