    Als Customer Service medewerker ben je dé spil tussen de gewaardeerde klanten en het gedreven interne team. Je staat aan het roer van de klanttevredenheid en houdt contact met diverse partijen en afdelingen, waarbij jij de operationele reddingsboei bent voor onze klanten.

    wie ben jij

    De customer service medewerker logistiek die wij zoeken is klantvriendelijk en heeft goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Je hebt kennis van de logistiek en werkt graag in een hectische/dynamische omgeving. Je gaat secuur te werk en bent goed in het stellen van prioriteiten.
    Verder herken jij jezelf in onderstaande punten:

    • MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau en bij voorkeur ervaring in een logistieke- of commerciële richting
    • Kennis van CRM's en transportdocumenten
    • Affiniteit met logistieke processen
    • Ervaring met WMS en TMS-systemen
    • Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
    wat ga je doen

    Als Customer service medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van alle inkomende en uitgaande zendingen voor jouw account(s). Je hebt oog voor detail en grijpt snel in waar nodig om mogelijke complicaties te tackelen voordat ze groter worden. Bovendien ben je de scherpe observator die afwijkingen signaleert en het team tijdig informeert, zodat we gezamenlijk de juiste vervolgstappen kunnen bepalen.
    Jouw takenpakket in het kort:

    • Het nauwgezet uitvoeren van alle administratieve taken behorend bij Customer Service, zoals vooraanmeldingen, zendingen, transportupdates en statuswijzigingen
    • Proactieve communicatie, zowel intern als extern, met een uitstekende schriftelijke vaardigheid
    • Kennis en ervaring in de (farmaceutische) transportsector is een grote pre
    • Het bijhouden en opstellen van rapportages voor facturering
    • Het definiëren van klantspecifieke KPI's
    • Efficiënt archiveren van documentatie
