KPN gelooft in open innovatie. Om meer, sneller en betere waarde aan onze klanten te kunnen bieden, innoveren we graag samen met Start-ups en Scale-ups. Naast dat wij dit voor KPN doen, willen wij ook onze partners inspireren dit te doen. Events zijn hiervoor een belangrijk middel.

Als Stagiair(e) Event Manager bij het KPN Liaison Management Team maak je kennis met deze wereld en organiseer en initieer je events om (internationale) innovatieve partijen in contact te brengen met KPN en onze externe partners op basis van relevantie. Communicatie speelt hierin een belangrijke rol. Zo ga je aan de slag met ons social media-account en de maandelijkse rapportage van ons team. Ook het scouten van IoT-leads valt hieronder.

Your role as Meewerkstage eventmanager Liaison team

Als Stagiair(e) Eventmanager organiseer je verschillende events waar ons gehele ecosysteem van start-ups, scale-ups, corporates, investeerders en verschillende KPN-afdelingen aan deelneemt. Die events kunnen leiden tot echte samenwerkingen tussen start-ups, scale-ups en KPN en andere corporates. Dit resulteert in grotere netwerken, proces- en productverbeteringen, kostenbesparingen en nieuwe verkoopkansen. Jij kunt hierin een belangrijke rol spelen

Deze stage omvat:

Begeleiden van evenementen, waarvan Scale Up Afternoon de grootste is. Dit wordt ieder kwartaal door ons georganiseerd en bezocht door circa 300 deelnemers. Je mag ook nieuwe evenementen bedenken en initiëren
Benaderen van en benaderd worden door partners, KPN-managers, start-ups en scale-ups
Zorgen voor planning, communicatie, draaiboek en budget. Kortom alles met betrekking tot de organisatie van evenementen
Scouten, het vinden van waardevolle Internet of Things leads
Creëren content voor sociale media waarop wij onder andere succes- en persoonlijke verhalen delen om zo meer zichtbaarheid te creëren voor ons team.
- Zelfstandig kunt werken, zodat je zelf producties kunt oppakken

Je komt terecht in het Liaison Team, een energiek team dat bestaat uit stagiairs, werkstudenten en vaste KPN-medewerkers. Wij geloven dat wij met zo'n team een frisse blik hebben op de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen. Door alle events en leuke activiteiten die plaatsvinden vanuit ons team, is het een topervaring hiervan deel uit te maken

Voor de meewerkstage Event Management zoeken we iemand die sociaal en enthousiast is en het leuk vindt events (mede) te organiseren. Je volgt een HBO- of WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur Leisuremanagement.

Om hier goed invulling aan te kunnen geven is het belangrijk dat je:

Leidinggevende capaciteiten hebt en een team durft aan te sturen voor het beste resultaat
Met gemak verschillende ballen in de lucht kunt houden én oog hebt voor detail
Scherp bent op het behalen van deadlines en niet in de stress raakt wanneer verschillende projecten door elkaar lopen.
