    The Talent, Culture and Engagement Analyst has an important role in PepsiCo Asia to drive our BU culture and engagement agenda, engage our employees through appealing internal communications, and ensure organization effectiveness through core people process executional excellence. The role works with multiple stakeholders, including Senior Management, across countries in our matrix organization, inside and outside of HR Function. Your creativity, project management, people skills, communications skills and many more will be utilized in your everyday work.

    Responsibilities
    • Culture strategy – The PepsiCo Way behaviors & other employee engagement - employee experience activation, planning and execution
    • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda (gender, generational and local talents) activation champion.
    • Internal Career EVP activation champion, in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team.
    • Internal communications champion, including strategies, planning & management.
    • Objective setting, mid-year review & career conversation, and year-end performance calibration process support.
    • Organization Health Survey end-to-end process support.
    • Selected talent development programs support.

    Role expectations

    Culture and Engagement

    • Design, plan, implement, and assess cultural programs to continuously improve engagement among employees contributing to a high performing organization linked to our values.
    • Support change management, communications, and execution of C&E initiatives.
    • Manage Organization Health Survey and other internal engagement surveys implementation, and support engagement action planning and tracking.
    • Manage employee engagement and social activities including monthly socials, international / cultural events, and other annual events.
    • Plan & execute programs and initiatives to promote a diverse workforce for the organization.
    • Champion new employee engagement programs, including planning & management of new employee onboarding and other associated programs and initiatives.

    Internal Communications

    • Develop contents and execute internal publications & events such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, town-halls, VIP visits, etc.
    • Act as custodian of internal communications channels.
    • Support development and implementation of internal employee value proposition.

    HR Core Process Management

    • Support HR core processes and end-to-end execution including performance management, Organization Health Survey, career conversation, and other core processes, both in terms of policies and guidelines and systems (in collaboration with HR Business Services team).
    • Trouble-shoot HR core processes related topics by providing support to HRBPs and offer customized solutions/ interventions.
    • Help to drive the adoption of "global" processes, initiatives, or guidelines into Asia markets
    • Manage talent programs as assigned to build critical experience for BU talents.

    Other

    Other Talent Management & OD related projects and initiatives as assigned by line manager.

    Qualifications
    • At least a Bachelor's degree in related fields from an accredited university.
    • 6-8 years of progressive experience in the areas of Talent Management, OD, Culture & Engagement, or Learning & Development related roles. Experience in DE&I and Internal Communications experience is a plus.
    • Strong process and project management orientation, and ability to multitask. Strong organizing skill is required.
    • Ability to facilitate sessions, and serve as master of ceremony, when required.
    • Good verbal & written communication in English and Thai.
    • Previous experience of developing, planning, and delivering engagement and communication plans, campaigns and projects.
    • Good collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders, across levels in the organizations. Ability to manage upward (senior management). Comfortable to work in a matrix environment.
    • Ability to develop/design, plan, and execute with limited supervision. Strong result orientation is required.
